The London-based Klaxons include Jamie Reynolds, James Righton and Simon Taylor as their members. Despite being a rock band at the core, they're heavily influenced by dance music -- especially the late-'80s/early-'90s U.K. rave movement

After headlining their first tour (the 2007 NME Indie Rave Tour), as well as playing numerous festivals worldwide, the band started working on their follow-up album in October 2007.
